Refund policy

Returns
The OLA-PICSOLA online store provides goods in two basic ways. 1. The sale of digital products in the form of image file downloads. AND 2. Third Party Fulfillment services. Please see specific returns policies for each below.

Digital Image File Downloads are final sale and non-refundable. However, within 30 days of the purchase, if the image is not the same as what you ordered or if the OLA-PICSOLA watermark is still visible on your downloaded product, please reply to the email confirmation or please contact the owner through the contact page at www.ola-picsola.com with proof of purchase and proof of defect of the download product. The appropriate product will be sent to you with our apologies.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be a physical item, unused and in the same condition that you received it. It should also be in the original packaging if applicable.

Returns Procedure
To start a return process you must contact the owner at OLA-PICSOLA with proof of purchase, the identity of the item triggering the return, the reason for the return request and a picture of the item. The owner will then contact the manufacturer for further instructions.

Policy Features Unique to Pillow Profits Products

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of product delivery.
In the rare event that you are unhappy with the fit of their shoe, Pillow Profits will process a one-time free exchange for your customer.
Refunds will not be issued for sizing disputes, only exchanges are allowed.
Free Exchanges will only be allowed once per shoe order.
In order for a free exchange to be processed, sellers must provide the following information: reason the shoe didn’t fit (i.e. too small, too big, too narrow), the new size requested by the customer, customer name, order number, and store name.
You will not be required to return their original shoes to receive a free exchange under this policy.
To reduce the risk of sizing issues, we have provided sizing charts on our product specifications pages for high-tops, low-tops, slip-ons, sneakers, womens casual shoes, flip flops, and boots.
Size exchange requests that differ by more than 2 sizes from the original size ordered will be considered a customer-input error and will not be eligible for exchange by Pillow Profits.
Free sizing exchange requests only apply to high tops, low tops, sneakers, boots, casual shoes, flip flops, faux fur boots and slip-ons. No other product in the Pillow Profits catalog is eligible for a free size exchange.

If you receive a damaged/flawed/incorrect order in the mail, first, you should provide a picture for proof and specify if you would like a replacement sent or a refund on the affected items. The owner of OLA-PICSOLA will contact Pillow Profits for further information.

Policy features Unique to Pixels Products

If you're not happy with a purchase that you made through Pixels, for any reason, you can return it to us within 30 days of the order date. As soon as it arrives, we'll issue a full refund for the purchase price. Please note, Pixels and/or OLA-PICSOLA does not reimburse the outgoing or return shipping charges unless the return is due to a defect in quality.

Policy Features Unique to SPOD Products.

If there is an issue with the product or print quality, we’ll produce a replacement or refund the money to you. The following are considered product-quality issues:

Incorrect size, color, product type
Incorrect design
Misplaced design (incorrect position on print area, incorrect print area)
Design not properly applied to product

The following are not considered product-quality issues:
Personal taste
Product doesn’t fit
Unhappiness with color or cut
Typos
Low design resolution

In all cases, you must contact the owner at OLA-PICSOLA to initiate any returns scenario.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Shipping
To return your product contact the owner at www.ola-picsola.com.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
